Welcome! At your first appointment with Selah Creek Dental, we will have you complete some medical and dental history forms to gather information about your oral health needs and smile goals. One of our team members can show you around the office before we bring you back to a treatment chair for your exam, x-rays, and cleaning. Dr. McKay will spend some time getting to know you and perform a thorough exam of your teeth and gums. We can answer any questions you have along the way and schedule follow up appointments as needed. We’ll provide estimates and discuss all of the ways you can finance your care and the benefits of joining our VIP program. On your first visit, please bring the following information:
- Any X-rays that were taken by a previous dentist. X-rays can also be forwarded to our office from your previous dentist upon your request.
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- Any current medical concern or condition
- Dental insurance, if you are covered and paying through insurance
