Welcome to Your New Family Dentist
Welcome! At your first appointment with Selah Creek Dental, we will have you complete some medical and dental history forms to gather information about your oral health needs and smile goals. One of our team members can show you around the office before we bring you back to a treatment chair for your exam, X-rays, and cleaning. Your dentist will spend some time getting to know you and performing a thorough exam of your teeth and gums. We can answer any questions you have along the way and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. We’ll provide estimates and discuss all the ways you can finance your care, as well as the benefits of joining our VIP program. $20 Emergency Exam
If you’re facing something a bit more urgent, your first emergency exam is just $20.
Please bring the following to your first visit:
- Any X-rays that were taken by a previous dentist (X-rays can also be forwarded to our office from your previous dentist upon your request)
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- Any current medical concern or condition
- Your dental insurance card, if you are covered and paying through insurance
Financial Options
We strongly believe that quality dental care should be accessible and affordable for everyone. We know oral health is essential to one’s overall well-being, so we do all that we can to break down financial barriers and assist as many patients as possible. We also make sure to go over costs and estimates before treatment, so you’re not surprised.
Insurance Providers
Our office is in-network with major providers including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, Guardian, MetLife, Principal, United Concordia Dental, and UnitedHealthcare. If you don't see your provider, give us a call and we'd be happy to check your coverage. We can also file and track your claims for you to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your benefits. We just ask that you bring your insurance card to each appointment, so we can make sure your information is as up-to-date as possible.
